Payment Methods & Sales Tax
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. We do not accept checks.
- Our shopping cart is secure and encrypted to ensure your credit card information is protected.
- Your card is never charged until your order is shipped.
- Texas residents must be charged 8.25% sales tax.
Order Cancellations
If you cancel an order after it has been processed, there will be a $10 cancellation fee.
Return Policy
We value all of our customers and want you to be satisfied with your purchase from The Cuttin Patch. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please call us at 512-341-2015 or email thecuttinpatch@gmail.com. Items must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. Refunds will only be given for new, unopened merchandise in its original condition and packaging. Cut yardage and sale items are not returnable. All items must be free of any odors. Patterns and books are not returnable due to copyright laws. Items returned that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded.
Your credit card will be credited for the amount less a 20% restocking fee once we receive the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.
